So I just had a quick scan through my yoga video and this lady is so soft spoken, she does a lot of ommmm. You can tell she is very at peace with herself. But the video is very cheesy, as it's olldddddd. I've never done yoga before but I'm looking forward to waving my body round is circles like the ladies are in this. Haha!
