I heard Yoga and Pilates is good exercise for pregnant women so I've got myself two DVD's. One is called Baby & Mom - Prenatal Yoga and the other is 10 Minute Prenatal Yoga. They are both video's of 10 minute exercises you can do when you have spare time. I'm going to do them today and see what they're like so I'll let you know.
I'm also thinking of doing a vlog soon. Once I get over my fear of talking straight to a camera, haha.
